Santa photos in Northwest Arkansas have never been more magical! This year at Grace Starr Studios in Rogers, our Santa Experience was nothing short of enchanting. Families came for more than just pictures; they came to make memories that will last a lifetime. And let me tell you, the day did not disappoint!

A Personalized Santa Experience

Our Santa isn’t just a guy in a red suit—he’s the real deal. With decades of experience, a real beard, and an authentic suit, he brings so much heart to each session. What makes it extra special is how much time Santa spends with each child. This isn’t a rushed visit like you might find at the mall; it’s a quiet, personalized moment just for them.

Before the sessions, I ask parents to fill out a quick survey about their kids. This helps Santa know things like what’s on their Christmas list or special details about their interests. One lucky Swiftie even got to hear Santa play Taylor Swift during their session! Santa’s attention to detail makes the experience unforgettable. Some kids left saying, “I think that’s the real Santa,” and one even asked their mom how I know Santa when she doesn’t. That one had me giggling.

Heartwarming Moments

We had so many sweet and funny moments this year. One baby came in crying (as babies sometimes do), but Santa worked his magic by taking him over to look at the shiny ornaments on the tree. From the photos, you’d never know there were tears before! Another time, Santa hid behind the couch to coax a smile from a shy little one.

And here’s the thing—we never force kids to sit on Santa’s lap if they’re not comfortable. We leave that up to the parents! If they scream and run away, that’s okay. Santa’s so respectful and always finds a way to connect, whether it’s sharing a funny story, reading a book, or just letting them warm up in their own time.

Of course, there were some tears (two-year-olds, I’m looking at you!), but even those moments turned into adorable photos. Sometimes, the imperfect moments are the ones we cherish the most.

A Light and Dreamy Setup

This year’s setup was everything I hoped it would be: light, bright, and dreamy. Each child left with a candy cane, a Santa ornament, and a goodie bag. Some even brought their own books for Santa to read, which was just the sweetest. The whole day had this calm, magical vibe that made it feel so special for everyone involved.

Why Families Love It

One of my favorite parts of the Santa Experience is hearing from the families afterward. These aren’t just photos; they’re memories captured forever. I hope these images become part of their holiday decor, pulled out every year to remember the wonder and magic of this stage of life. Because let’s be honest—it all goes by so fast.

A Classic Alternative to Mall Santa

If you’ve ever done the mall Santa thing, you know it’s not always the most magical experience. Long lines, rushed photos, and sometimes a Santa who doesn’t feel quite right. Our Santa Experience is the opposite of that. It’s a quiet, intentional moment with a Santa who truly loves what he does. He’s here to create magic, not just take pictures.

Looking Ahead

I’m so excited to share that we’ll be hosting this event again next year! Mark your calendars because it’s happening in Bentonville, and I can already tell it’s going to be amazing. Spots are limited, so if you want to be the first to know when bookings open, join The Nice List (a.k.a. my email list). You don’t want to miss it!

Until Next Year

The Santa Experience is one of my favorite events of the year. Seeing the magic and wonder in kids’ eyes and knowing these moments are preserved forever is such a gift. Thank you to all the families who made this year so special. I can’t wait to see you again next year and create more magical memories together.

Until then, wishing you a joyful and magical holiday season!

Now that I'm a mom, I know the secret: we don't know everything. We are growing and changing, right alongside our little ones.
Motherhood changes us in ways we never expected.

My days may seem filled with NERF bullets, diapers, and endless laundry, but they are really filled with moments of profound connection and love as I raise my babies.

Through my lens, I strive to celebrate the beauty of motherhood in all its forms. From the messy chaos to the quiet moments, I want to honor the sacred bond between you and your child and capture the joy and wonder that it brings.
